Validation of the contract

4. The contract is valid 14 days after the receipt of your order. .

Cancellation of contract

5. Cancellation is possible 15 days after the receipt of the goods and is valid only for the goods that were not produced extra according to customer instructions. In this category we offer brush, bag, screws and textile. Delivered goods must be returned unused and undamaged. In other case we will not return you the money.

We produce the climbing holds and Volumens Just in Time and only according to the customer specification and therefore it is not possible to return us this products!


Delivery

6. Delivery is not included in the price. We can ship you the product with regular post, or you can organise the transportation by yourself. Regular post is the post of Slovenia. You can check the prices on www.posta.si

Normally we can prepare all the orders for shipping within 7 working days. In case that a delay occurs we will inform you immediately and you can cancel your order if you do not expect the new delivery date. The shipping time within Europe is around 10 working days for US and Asia 21 days.


Risk of loss

7. Risk of loss passes on to you when we hand over the goods to the freight forwarder.
